About Rossetti

Rossetti Inc. is the most recent effort resulting from three generations of experience with residential and commercial furniture. Our products range from an exclusively Italian collection of contract quality unfinished frames with full custom finishing and upholstering capabilities all the way to a semi-custom collection which is designed to ship out with ready goods prices and lead times.

Today we produce the market's most popular and recognized items from both American and European design origins with imported hardwoods such as beech, rubber, and birch. The construction of our chairs is always reinforced with railed corner blocks and use of lose dowels is minimized for optimal structural integrity.

You can familiarize yourself with our collection without the risk of container requirements or even the burden of a minimum order. Less than "contract quantity" orders are shipped from our Los Angeles facility. Price and lead-time quotations are suggested for larger quantity productions of either our own items or your custom designs.

DEALER STATUS

Dealer Status must be confirmed by an agent of Rossetti, Inc. and is maintained on a good faith basis. Any discounts are applied only after confirmation of status and on invoices dated after such confirmation. If at any time the requirements of the established status are not satisfied by the dealer, all discounts, current and future, may be denied, along with future dealer status. Rossetti, Inc. must be notified and acknowledge any change in status and may from time to time request a list of items on customer's floor.

Premier Dealer - new accounts will be extended this discount for (1) year once an account reaches $3,500.00 in volume during the first 3 months of activity. To maintain Premier Dealer status after the first year, account must reach $10,000.00 in volume each previous year (calculated at Premier pricing). In addition to above criteria, Rossetti merchandise must be showcased on account's floor at all times.

ORDERS

  • All Orders must be faxed to 310-851-9371 or emailed to sales@rossetti-inc.com with a P.O. number and complete shipping and contact information. Quotes are given only thru fax or email request.
  • Rush Orders: there is a 12% (or $60.00 minimum) prepaid up-charge for orders that can be rushed. Please contact Rossetti Inc. to confirm material availability and production scheduling.
  • Cancellation or Modification of any order must be faxed or emailed prior to material preparation. Any such requests must then be fax or email confirmed by Rossetti Inc.
  • Order Confirmation: All received orders will be fax or email confirmed to customer. If confirmation is not received within three (3) business days, please contact Rossetti Inc. Your confirmation will also note all items necessary for material preparation to begin. These may include finish samples and/or instructions, correct yardage of C.O.M. and necessary instructions, and deposit or payment if applicable.
  • Orders will expire two weeks after confirmation if all deposits, payments, and necessary materials are not received. Orders will remain open if later production or availability dates are provided by Rossetti.

STANDARD LEAD TIMES

  • Solo & Creare (as shown) items will be ready for shipping or will call 1-2 weeks after payment or credit approval is received. Please confirm availability or refer to your confirmation for any possible back orders.
  • Chiaro a Scuro (semi custom) items will be ready for shipping or will call 2-4 weeks after payment or credit approval and any C.O.M. material are received. Please confirm availability or refer to your confirmation for any possible back orders.
  • Molti (full custom) items will be ready for shipping or will call 4-6 weeks after deposit (or full payment if terms are not available) and applicable materials (C.O.M. and/or finish samples) are received.

C.O.M. PROCEDURE

  • Please note that all suggested C.O.M. requirements are based on standard 54" width material with average repeat patterns. Variance on these factors may result in less or more usage of fabric.
  • All C.O.M. material must be identified with customer name, P.O. number, and Rossetti Inc.'s order confirmation number. Also, the "face" of each C.O.M. piece must be identified by customer. Any other instructions pertaining to the upholstery of C.O.M. must be received with the material. Rossetti Inc. will not be responsible for application matters not specifically specified by customer. It is assumed that all C.O.M. is received with correct yardage and is pre-inspected for damage or defect.
  • In case of wrong application of C.O.M. (despite customer's instructions) or any damage to or loss of C.O.M., Rossetti Inc. will be responsible for a maximum of $22.00/yd or replacement of the material, at Rossetti Inc.'s discretion.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

All items are inspected prior to shipping. It is the dealer's responsibility to inspect all pieces upon arrival and note any visible or concealed damage on the freight bill and report to the carrier immediately. All claims against freight carriers are the dealer's responsibility.

Any non-freight damage or defect must be reported to Rossetti within 72 hours of delivery along with image(s) of affected area(s).

Southern California accounts must conduct any exchange at Rossetti Inc. unless approved and fax or email confirmed otherwise by Rossetti Inc.

Rossetti, Inc. reserves the right to repair any product defect at the location where that product was originally delivered as opposed to having that product shipped back for repair/exchange. Any return or exchange item must be properly packed with all original packing material and be accompanied by a return authorization (RA) number issued by Rossetti Inc. Incomplete returns or improper packing may result in a 15% restocking fee and/or repair or loss costs.

To ensure proper customer service, any return or exchange request should be directed to Rossetti, Inc.

ACCOUNTING AND TERMS

Accounts requesting credit terms must complete an account application which will take 2-5 days to process. All other accounts are cash before production (CBP). Credit cards are not currently accepted. All Chiaro a Scuro (semi custom) or Molti (full custom) orders require a 25% CBP deposit.

Terms Guidelines:

  • Cash Before Production (CBP): Full payment is due prior to start of production.
  • Net 30 Days: Material preparation begins on orders from accounts which have no past due invoices and will remain under set credit limit (pending order(s) inclusive). Once merchandise is shipped, customer will have thirty (30) calendar days to remit payment. All Chiaro a Scuro (semi custom) and Molti (full custom) orders require a 25% CBP deposit.
  • Returned Checks - There will be a $30.00 fee for each returned check and the terms of the issuing account will immediately be converted to cash before production (CBP).
  • Accounts with past due invoices are subject to change of terms and credit limits with all pending orders put on hold. Rossetti Inc. reserves the right to adjust terms and/or credit limits at any time.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Specifications: Since all specification are approximated and subject to change without prior notice, any order which needs to match a previous shipment may require a sample from the original shipment. This will ensure a close match with regards to dimensions, finish, and upholstery details. Any charges for such freight are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Finishes and fabrics: As with any production detail, there can be a variance of color and/or tone between shipments or between sample and product.
  • Shipping & will call: Please provide complete shipping address and contact information on all orders. Orders are shipped collect with furniture specific carriers only. Customer may select from our preferred list of carriers and receive our negotiated discounts or specify their own furniture carrier. Will call drivers must have a copy of our confirmation at time of pick up. There will be a storage fee for ready merchandise held for over five (5) business days.

Any $2,000.00 minimum order will receive a catalog free of charge. The "Molti" collection supplement will be included if order contains an item from that collection. Once payment is received or a $2,000.00 minimum order is confirmed, catalog preparation may take up to 2 weeks.

IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE BETWEEN ROSSETTI INC AND CUSTOMER, ANY LITIGATION SHALL BE DETERMINED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND BY THE COURT SYSTEM WITHIN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.

WITH THE SUBMISSION OF ANY ORDER, IT IS IMPLIED THAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE POLICIES ARE UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO. PRICES AND SPECIFICATION ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
